Ham tortellini

Preparation time:
30 minutes (low complexity)

Ingredient:
For 4 servings
a pack of 250g tortellini pasta stuffed with meat
2 tablespoons olive oil (or any other oil you have)
200g diced ham
200g thickened tomato juice (homemade)
150g cream
parmesan (a drier cheese given on a grater)
salt
black pepper
hot pepper sauce

Preparation: Boil the pasta in boiling salted water, following the instructions on the envelope and strain it. Meanwhile, fry the ham in olive oil, add the tomato juice, salt, pepper to taste and a little chilli sauce, who likes more flavorful can add some basil, but I say that too much, spoils. Bring to the boil until it becomes a sauce. Then add the cream. The well-drained pasta is placed in a fairly large bowl, the sauce is poured over them, mixed lightly, and Parmesan cheese is sprinkled on top of them, more or less, as everyone likes.
