Preparation time:
30 minutes (low complexity)

For 4 servings
a pack of 250g tortellini pasta stuffed with meat
2 tablespoons olive oil (or any other oil you have)
200g diced ham
200g thickened tomato juice (homemade)
150g cream
parmesan (a drier cheese given on a grater)
black pepper
hot pepper sauce

Preparation: Boil the pasta in boiling salted water, following the instructions on the envelope and strain it.
